how to get an easy flame and fire aspect and infinity enchantment is to place the bow or bowin the enchantment table with bookshelves around 3 to 4 times.
that is incorrect too, if you dont have any bookshelves around you enchantment table you will only be able to spend at max 8 levels and where if you have the room filled with bookshelves (in the correct formation of cause) then you can enchant with level 30 at max, also if you enchant something with level 30 you'll probably get something like effiency III, silk touch, unbreaking II where if you were to enchant something with level 1 it would rather be something like unbreaking I OR effiency I
You can get any enchantment (unless it is specifically not allowed on that weapon/tool/armor) at any level. Enchanting is completely random. You cannot put a sword into an Enchantment Table and know exactly what enchantment you're going to get on it. It's random.
