I have watched a few videos about this most of them are on the PC and they use cheats which I can't do. I have seen other ways such as dig down deep and put in TNT, but that doesn't come easy I don't want to kill 64 creepers it takes to long and I don't want to cheat by going on creative to get TNT so does anyone know a way?

I have found 3 or so in my world while diamond mining.Just look for that cobblestone, that's really my only advice.Explore caves all the way through.
Without X-raying or creative, all you can do is go caving a lot.
Usually you'll find a few this way, especially if you encounter a mineshaft or stronghold.
Heck, I found one by digging straight down before I quit once!
Usually, if you find a nice cave it will have one. Look for fallen sand or gravel in a square pattern. Hear for many of the same mob noises. Keep an eye out for cobble not generated from lava/water.
