Hello my fellow Minecraftians,

I finally found a seed I really like but there is two small problems.
1. There is no npc village
2. No blaze spawn in the Nether.

Is there away around this? Can I build my own village and have npc villagers spawn there?
I read somewhere that you can use a splash potion of weakness and a golden apple on a zombie and "cure" them and they will turn into a villager, however I don't know if this works in our current version or at all.
If I stay away from the nether until the bug fix in January will I get a blaze spawn in the nether?
Also if I leave undiscovered sections of the map will there be a chance of getting a jungle biome in the future update? Was this ever confirmed?

I'm just so sick of starting new worlds and searching through seeds trying to find the perfect one. My last seed was awesome so I'm being really fussy with my new one.

No such thing as a PERFECT seed.
