So the seed number is 139888165. I will list what I have found so far. By the way, this is all on survival.

- 1 stronghold
- End portal frame
- Abandoned Mineshaft
- 3 dungeons
- Good ravines
But one problem, no nether fortresses!Has anybody had the same problem? Perfect overworld, crappy underworld?
Also if you want a tip on finding diamonds, I found mine by digging down to layer 10, then dig a straight tunnel on that layer. If you hit any caves, I would explore them.Sorry I can't provide coordinates, but sometimes it's not fun having not doing that yourself. This world by far has been very, very successful. I did find this all in one day.
Many maps do not contain nether fortresses, although some hide underground. For now it's all ways worth it to check for a fortress in creative before starting a new survival map

I have explored the whole nether, but at the moment it doesn't bother me.Actually I might just take 2 nether warts and a brewing stand from creative and put in my world.Other than that, the world is perfect to my likings.
This just happened very recently to my girlfriend, got super far in survival, played with friends & everything, then realized there's no 'Nether fortress.
Only thing you can really do is to make a new world, that's what she had to do.
Best thing to do is start it on creative, immediately go to the nether, and find the fortress, then start a world on that seed in survival.
Oh and we've come to the conclusion after many tests, if the world has a mushroom biome, it tends to have a fortress.

You no what I'm gonna do if there's no nether fortress in my world? I'm gonna switch to creative and give my self 100 stacks of blaze rods and nether wart, then cry in a corner because I cheated. Then I have to restart because I wanted the world to be completely legit. This better be fixed in a bug fix or TU8.

Every world that I check the nether with in creative easy, had a mushroom biome as I want at least one in the world among other things... But that is 8-9 failures... no fortress in any of them. So I am just going to keep the first few that I made just for the seed number and wait for the patch... I'll play in the tutorial world for now til then...>< Or my primary 1.7.3 world.
