I don't want to be the first one to throw it out there, but pixel art and citys just do not go well together. I for one don't even like pixel art int he first place. Unless it's a really cool 3-D statue and not just some steve thing. Either way, belongs in the creative sub-board and you should probably include pictures. Or else that "Amazing City" title is probably just box houses.
