I've been trying to find a Seed for a long time with a Nether Fortress that includes Blaze and Netherwart, with the overworld only having a small amount of snow. I finally found a good seed like that in Creative Mode, so I loaded it up in Survival Mode, and guess what, no freaking Blaze Spawners... This has to be some kind of bug because I know they were there in Creative Mode. Not to mention... Arn't Blaze supposed to spawn naturally inside Nether Fortresses? Because they do in Creative Mode...
Seriously, what the heck, I've been through a good 50 different random seeds looking for a map I like... No map I've ever played Survival on has had a complete Nether Fortress when I went to explore... First it was no Netherwart, now its no Blaze Spawners... I can't win.
Yes, this is a bit of a rage post, but what I'm about to say isn't out of anger. I'm not playing Minecraft again until we can be guaranteed to have everything necessary for Brewing. PC users have no issue with this since they have huge worlds, but we have extremely limited space. Not receiving necessary items feels like I'm playing a broken game....
Tell me about it. Since the update came out, I've been going through so many random seeds, trying to find one that included a blaze spawner and netherwart, as well as an end portal. But, one of the three has to be missing every single time I generate a new world.
Edit: So far I've gone through about 300 different seeds.

I know the feeling... Even though I have only checked like 8-9 for having a fortress, which they didn't... I have trouble just finding a decent surface world that I like. Now add into the mix to have both a spawner & wart when I do find a fortress... Those random seeds are a pain it seems. At least you have found a fortress in quite a few. My minecraft is apparently against having a fortress on maps that I like or would like to play on...><
Patience though, it is rumor but I sure hope it is true that 4J is working on it for the patch. What ever they do I sure hope it helps and will improve playability with all the primary features...:D

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
I have been strip mining in my new world and have not had much luck finding anything good (ores, and such) yet. Since worlds take up space (a lot of space that is) if a user has a hard drive (like the ones you can buy for the Xbox) why cant the worlds be stored there entirely? I have a 120GB one and the worlds should be small enough to be a lot bigger than the current size limit. Is it an issue of space or console capibility?

Both, 4j cannot assume everyone has a 120+ gig HD, and remember the 360 is over 6 years old, the tech isn't there to quite get the infinate worlds... could you imagine trying to run a 4-5 person game w/ 30 mil blocks in all directions from the center of the map (pc limit)? the lag is more than enough w/ our 852, at the 30 mil, i think the xbox would melt.
Ya I guess they have to assume they just have an Xbox. However the Xbox accepts USB's too - however I think that 4J should add an option (if at all posible) for those who have extra space. However about the multiplayer aspect: I usually play singleplayer but for those of you who want to play multiplayer if they would reduce the render distance down by 75% than that would probably help releive it of some stress. Before someone says it yes the render distance being at tiny would be annoying but at least you could play with more space and less lag.
I could think of a few things we could live without and help take off a lot of stress...
-Render Distance (I don't mind the fog that much but I would want the mob spawing to change (so no skeletons try to kill me without me seeing them first))
-Lighting Quality (reduce it and that will help too)
-[If possible] Disable the Xbox mini-dash (except for the crucial functions such as power on/off and go back to dashboard)
I have this seed you can try. It has a mix of biomes(including a small mooshroom biome) and a nether fortress with netherwart and blaze spawners. Not sure what you mean by unique seed though.
Seed:5239799510888217962 (This is just a random seed I generated when TU7 came out.)

Im going a bit off-topic but do you knowof any seeds with some monster spawners?

I fully understand everyone who wants a unique seed. I'm like that myself, probably because I want it to be "my world" and not just another run-of-the-mill seed lots of other people are using as well.
That means that I've been trying out lots of seeds. And I really mean, A LOT. I've used stuff like EAN (European Article Number) of milk cartons, phone numbers, movie titles, birth dates, my Linux kernel version number, rolled ten-sided dice, opened books at random pages and pointed at words with closed eyes, and stuff like that. Still no luck in finding my "perfect" seed, but I'll keep tring.

Problem is I would like to use a unique seed.

It's an exaggeration.

EDIT: I saw it - sorry
Oops I did the wrong tweet.... haha
What can I say, I'm a ninja.
Who cares that you think this way?
