that program/thing will still work on this recent update, right? i looked around a little here but couldn't find anything. i didnt look MUCH but...yeah. >_>

I had trouble getting it to work in the old update.. Unless I accidentally entered in my seed wrong, even after double checking. I guess the only way to know would be to test it.

Slime spawn has massively dropped since the update.

I have a massive slime fame that covers probably 100 of so chunks.
Ever since the Creative update, I've found about 25%--if that--of the regular spawn.

My only advice is go caving and hope for the best.

I managed to make a Pumkpin farm in a slime chunk. ._.

I really hope that 4J quickly include the feature where slimes spawn in swamps at night like in the PC version.

I used a the slime finder for my main seed to find a slime chunk. I then made a spawner and had great spawn rates. Now with this update, it barely spawns anything at all so I'm not entirely sure I would trust that app anymore.

No Luck using the slime finder app on my end. My new slime farm hasn't produced any..... but even before TU7 after TU6 my slime farm production decreased ALOT. I think all the flat world people complained so they toned them back a bit. I wish it was like 1.7.3 when I was drowning in slime (no homo)

My girlfriend and I used slimefinder today and it worked. however, the slimes are taking forever to spawn, we saw 1 giant and after that haven't seen too much..

I used the one located here earlier:

and it worked just fine. If people are having problems, its either your caves arent lit up enough or too many passive mobs up on the surface. I saw a huge increase in my slimes once I killed mostly everything topside.

Ok, Didn't light up anything more than I already had on my prev comment but instead I set up a New slime farm right above the one I had in the same slime chunk but so that it I was standing on y15 as opposed to on bedrock as I've always done before and my slime farm population exploded. I got 22 on their first appearance and another 14 or so on my second time there... So umm yeah that seemed to have helped..
