So you guys remember that glitch where if you hold A on a 2 block high hallway u move really fasT? well it still works if u tap A repitedly

Yeah, it's called sprinting.

Its faster than springting... itsl ike ur sprinting x 3 uve never tried that fast glitch thing?

Yep, the fastesr way to sprint is down a two block tall hallway with trapdoors on ice (While holding down A)

Yeah it still works. You can lay trap doors on ice and then put a roof 2 blocks over it. Then if you sprint and hold A (it works better if you tap it) you go super speed. It works really well with the swiftness II potion.

I did the same sort of. But I built a walkway in my area with half slabs and stairs as the walkway but with ice only one block beneath this. It does as you all say with the extremely fast sprint jumping but without the need for trap doors and 2 blocks extra.

What use do the trap doors serve though? I have never seen them being used for the ice walkways.

You could use half slabs and slabs. I just prefer trap doors for no reason.
