I haven't played the actual tutorial online, but it certainly plays through for 2 players in local splitscreen mode. The second player just presses their start button and joins the game. They will also be running through the main tutorial, unless they opt not to by pressing B.
You can also play the tutorial world as a normal seed by entering the tutorial, selecting to bypass the main tutorial and then exiting and saving the world. When you re-enter, you will spawn normally and can just play it like a normal world from there. If you don't want the tutorial structures (eg. castle, chests, etc.), you can create the seed as a normal world just by typing in the numbers for the seed. I don't have the game on right now, but I'll start it and get the numbers for you and post them here in a few minutes.
If u type in the seed it will be completely.diffent sorry couldn't help more
Nope, not different; but it will be missing the tutorial area (which is a paste in), the castle area, the animal pens, the sand building, the cabin, the tree with the ladders, the Minecraft sign, and any of the hidden chests. These structures were added by 4J. I used the 1.8.2 tutorial seed as a world and it was all the same terrain as the tutorial itself once you got away from the areas where 4J had made alterations to the world. I would expect it to be the same with this tutorial world as there is no reason why it would be any different. If you used the 1.8.2 tutorial seed string now, however, it will now be a completely different world... just as several 1.8.2 seeds have changed drastically since the update. To be absolutely certain, however, I will test it right now and get back to you.
ETA: It is absolutely the same seed, just with the missing structures I mentioned. As proof - There are identical NPC villages in both maps at roughly X-231, Z42. I should mention also that when you use the seed string, the initial spawn area is NOT where the tutorial area is on the map.

The seed string is: 96414766889474996
