This isn't a thread about how my leaderboard has reset unlike almost every thread that came up when I searched. I want to know if there is a way to reset my leaderboard since after the update before this last one, it has been showing completely wrong stats for me (example, 2000 zombie pigman killed when I've never killed a single one.) And if they can be reset, can it be done without losing world saves, there are a couple worlds I'm pretty proud of and don't want to lose.
Thank you, not a big issue, but it's fun competing among friends.
Yes you can.
Go to the Xbox system and settings, and in your HDD. Clear the Cache of the system and then go to Minecraft, you'll have to download the latest update again and your leaderboards stats will be reseted.
It will take maybe a day or two to update because the leaderboards does not update that fast, but your stats will reset to zero after that and now you can play the game to get your new stats

is that why my m8s leaderboards got reset a month ago or so, cause he cleared his cache ?
Yes, if he cleared the cache!
That's the only possible way to reset the leaderboards, I remember the days of the dupe glitch where the leaderboards would reset for some people, maybe for duping items. But since duping is not in the game anymore, clearing the cache is the only way to reset your stats.
