This seed has ALL of the biomes. About 50% is Ocean. In that ocean there are 2 or more mushroom islands. And the rest of the biomes are on the edges of the world.
There is also a nether fortress in this seeds nether.
Spawn in a village and can see a mushroom island from the starting point as well as a second village nearby. Directly west is an awesome mountain structure. Haven't fully explored yet, but this seed definitely has potential.
