Having issues with transparency. I play with transparency slider almost all the way to the left. I can still just barely see the hot bar while playing and it goes completely opaque when selecting blocks (which I like). However my current exp level pops in and out while playing and is 100% opaque when it happens. Say while double pressing forward to spint it will pop up. The other issue is the charachter model in the upper left of the screen being the same transparency as the the rest of the HUD and items in hand being 100% opaque while sprinting. IE Floating waving sword. Very minor issue for me but noticed after the recent update. Love the game keep it up.
This is a bug but its really fun. Turn tNt does not explode. Go to Nether. Place tNt and a bed. Sleep in bed. Bed explodes(as it should) and triggers tNt which explodes. Another fun bug is nether related as well. You cannot place water in nether(like normal) but if you place ice in it and melt it with glowstone/flint and steel you will get water

Neither of those are bugs... Research on the wiki before you post.
Weirdest thing happened to me-suddenly the game feels compelled to tell me about everything in the world. Again. I've seen it all before, but started getting notices like that again. It's weird.
Don't know if this is on the bugs or not but when playing on split-screen at least when you hit the left trigger on an iron door it makes the sound like the door is opening but it isn't and also on split-screen when a creeper explodes it doesn't make the explosion sound. If anyone can confirm this that would be great.

It's been awhile since I've dealt with this... but I THINK there is an option to turn "Hints" off somewhere in the main menu. The update probably just turned them on again arbitrarily.
all the blocks drop items when u broke them: wood, sand, ... but when we try with iron, stone, gold... don“t drop items. this happen in creative mode with all blocks but we are in survival. something is wrong
Just making certain, Are you certain you are mining the ore block with the correct tool? (i.e. stone requires at least wooden pick; iron and coal at least a stone pick, etc.)?
Sorry I have goten Xp for coal and ores when mined and more xp when ores were smelted to ingots.
Maybe thats the problem and thats a bug in its self that has to addressed.
I've gotten XP for mining coal, lapis, redstone, and diamond; but these aren't smelted, unless you mine them with a silk touch and then smelt them. Since they only give 1 drop then after smelting instead of the 2-4 they give normally, a little bit of XP for the smelting process seems justified and not likely a bug.
I haven't gotten XP for mining iron ore or gold. I've gotten XP for those only when they are smelted.
The only thing I'm seeing a potential double up on XP is for the meat-bearing animals - which drop XP when killed and cooking the meat also gives more XP.

That doesn't even seem to be a problem for me. Since you can eat raw meat, the "smelting" of meat into cooked forms is a voluntary step the user takes and shoudl be rewarded for taking (at the very least, the smelting consumes resources). Smelting Iron and Gold is completely involuntary if the user ever wants to derive benefit from the ores.

Yeah, I wouldn't really classify it as a problem either. I'm really just saying I'm just not detecting anything I would classify as bugs in the XP system at all.
When first starting Minecraft the volume settings are not applied. As soon as Play Game is selected, the volums settings take affect.
That was the case before TU8 as far as I know. I believe it's because it doesn't load your profile data (and thus your settings) until you select where your save files are. It prompts for this after you select Play Game. You may not get the prompt if you only have one save device, but that's when the settings are loaded.
So i have a town with the houses high off the ground so i started to push them down to the ground level so they can be used proper like and while working it i got about 2 small houses and then this one.
I flipped the switch to drop the pistons down and i looked at it to see if all of them were down in case i missed a block or something under the house and i see one piston without its block. I took the screenshot and flipped the switch to retract the piston and then flipped the switch it again and it was still there without the block. So i broke the block and replaced it and did it all over again and it was fine. The dissappering issue was fixed by removing and replacing the block.
A friend of mine had this happen a few times on his worlds so its not just me having it.
Not sure if anyone else is haveing this same problem. I tried porting into the Nether and it just froze on me and i have to restart xbox to get back in game. Any workarounds or news on bug fixes for this for future updates?
Loading a world gives you about 5 seconds that your tamed wolves can be one hit killed by anything. They will even whine and have their tails dropped.
Their health acts as if they have a half a heart or less. I only remember this issue being in the first pc version of when the wolves were first introduced but was fixed by the end of the next update.

What difficulty are you playing on? Cave Spiders won't poison you if you're playing on Easy.
