Good evening everyone. I see the new update comes out for the 360 version, the 19th. Im very excited for this. But on to my question... Are we gonna have a way to lure the animals into a fenced in pasture? It would be horrible to not add in a way to direct the animal to a destination. Thanks for your time!
I have only been successful in making the wolves breed. Just give to of them meat a few seconds later a pup pops out. The other animals I can put them in "Love Mode", but no babies.
I also, haven't found a way to lure the animals into a pasture. I have made a fenced in grass area and animals seem to be spawning in there but when I explore and go on an adventure and come back, they seem to be gone. I was hoping they would stay there regardless of my position. Dang.
Actually it is like waiving a red flag in front of a bull... You wait a bit till their attention is on you.. Then do not run/sprint as they follow... make sure they keep up and slowly move from point A to point B. Continue to have wheat in hand as once you change items it will loose interest and you have to get their attention again...
At least that is how it is suppose to work.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
Seemed like I could get a sheep to follow me, but the cow I tried really didn't want to follow. My 2 sheep didn't have a baby either. I'll keep trying.
As was said, just have wheat in your hand (or seeds for chickens) and wait for the animal to notice you. If you want to keep an animal in a spot, fence them in. With the proper item in your hand (ex. wheat) you now have the option Love Mode on the left trigger. Put two animals in love mode and they'll find each other and kiss then a baby appears. It's explained pretty well in the "What's New" section on the main menu, there's also a place for it in the tutorial. I haven't experienced any of the problems mentioned above.
