Every time i build a house (all four walls completed and a roof) i try to to start my adventure after i sleep in a bed. Problem is, when I try to sleep, a random zombie, skeleton, even spiders pop in to wake me up! Is there anyway I can you know,, keep them out? I don't know what update this is, but if this happened to any one else and you've fixed this somehow, please let me know.
Are you using double doors? Double doors are commonly associated with mobs spawning inside the house.
Do you have the area well lit (i.e. lit so that every floor block is calculated at a level 7 or above)?

Nope. No double doors, but do torches help lighting my house? Also what is calculating levels?

Yes, you need torches to light up your house. Monsters spawn anywhere that it's dark. If you light it up, you should be fine.
And for "light levels:" certain mobs spawn in certain light levels. Hostile mobs (monsters) spawn in light levels lower than 7 (if the other poster is right). The level of light goes down one for every block away you are from the light. I believe the light level starts at 12 where the torch is.

Torches emit light right at the torch at Level 14, glowstone and jack-o-lanterns emit light at 15. The light level reduces by 1 for each block you move away from the torch itself, so if you hang a torch 2 blocks off the floor, the light level at the floor is reduced to Level 12. Mobs may spawn on a block once the light level gets to 7 or less; so by counting the number of blocks away from the torch the block is that you want to measure you can tell whether or not that floor block may allow a hostile mob to spawn there. I used to hang my torches high up on the walls thinking that made the light carry farther - not so.
Other factors that have been believed to allow hostile mobs to spawn inside your home also include placing the bed adjacent to a wall and using stairs or other partial blocks as a roof. Walls should also form a solid square and not just meet corner to corner.
