Well that's kinda the point of setting it high. I don't want anyone being able to just upgrade to the biggest house in less than a day. How long would everyone say it takes to mine a stack of gold? If it takes awhile I might set the smaller plots at a lower price.
Well for me it sometimes takes days... just to find a stack, and sometimes a several hours almost a day. It is all depending on how lucky you mine or rather where you mine and find. sometimes ample and sometimes out of luck...lol Seariously though for me it actually does take days, since I give after a bit of looking. since I actually only use gold for rails... And with the new cave systems it makes it sometimes harder if not easier at times.
However I do know some have managed to get a stack in a few hours, but those are the most determined ones that want for armor...lol
So it might be an ok price just might take a while for people to afford the smallest plot.
