I'm looking for a good seed that has a big area that can be turned into a colony. I'm a fanatic of wars, especially the Revolutionary War. So I was planning on building a colony something like Boston back in 1770 when Great Britain occupied Boston and the other colonies.
Hense I can make a nice colony for RPing, Hunger Games, and for show. I'll try to find a video to represent what I mean by this.

You could use superflat. But I'd recommend a seed named asdf. It is mostly normal, but far away from the spawn is a mountain range.

I could but I'd want terrain, such as oceans so I could add docks and ships. Trying to base it off of Boston in 1770 when Great Britain was in control of it.

A seed called c has an ocean and 6.5ish villages. Although most the land is desert and fairly flat. It might not work for the area your looking for, but if you decide to do something with Egypt or another desert war/era it would be great.

The Seed "Ragnarok" (no quotes) has a very nice semi-flat plains with a medium-sized bay cutting into it, and a river near said bay which kinda cuts the plain in half, if you want to use that.
