My 4 year old son is in love with this game, He plays constantly on the xbox 360... I only know basics to the game as he is teaching me lol... my question is he watches youtube videos, of people playing super mario minecraft or left 4 dead minecraft. how do you do this? This is all he wants for Christmas... I did buy the left 4 dead people inside the game "skins" but not sure where to go from there... please if anyone can help that will be awesome!!
I'm guessing you're talking about the mods. Sorry, but it is not possible to get these on the 360 version. =/ The videos your son is watching are from people playing the PC version of Minecraft. Just be patient, I have a feeling we will have DLC just as good as many of the mods people have made for the PC version. This won't be very soon though, sometime in the future, maybe by the summer of 2013. Don't get your hopes up though, these things take time.
aw thanks!!! so if i buy it on the pc... do you know how to do it from there? what is DLC? THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!
DLC is just downloadable content.
You need mods for the PC version. There's a lot of tutorials here in the tutorials section.
What kinds of content does he want?
He is looking for the left 4 dead and Mario? Just stinks cause this is all so new to me!! I walked into game store trying to buy the game!! Lol felt like a idiot!!!

Pretty much what Kovu said. Technically, mods and DLC are the same exact thing. The main difference is that mods are usually user-created, and free to download. Whereas DLC is released officially, by the developer, often for a price.
That is awesome!!!! Thank you soooooo much!!!!! Hope it's easy to figure out!!! Thanks!!!! That controller is awesome!!!! Much easier it seems for his age!! Thanks!!
