I might be getting some points for Xbox and I was wondering about getting the Minecraft Xbox Premium but I'm not sure so I need a few ups and downs about the game
I have played the lite edition and it seemed pretty good but some things were confusing
The XBox version has way more content than the Lite version. If you enjoy the Lite version and if you enjoy playing anything on an XBox, you're gonna love Minecraft 360 Edition. The controls are very smooth and the game runs well most of the time. It is pushing the limits of the 7-year-old XBox 360 a little, but the developer so far has done a good job keeping things like lag to a minimum.
The PC version has more content again than the XBox version, so if you enjoy either the Lite version or the XBox version and you enjoy playing games on a PC and you have a PC that is capable of running games efficiently, then you'd probably also love the PC Minecraft version.
In general, it's a very good, family friendly game. My friends' kids really enjoy all three versions, but they do seem to gravitate to the XBox version the most frequently. I think it is because they can play 4-player splitscreen with each other and even have their close friends over to play in their livingroom.
It is a 50-50 thing. if you like pc or xbox better is a matter of personal opinion. I actually like both and own both as separate games.
The major difference noticeable right off the back is the crafting. How you go about it on the pc edition is you drag items in the box for the recipes. On the xbox edition you just select what you want to make and it is made. Both needing the resources required of course.
To compare pc to xbox is trivial, as each will never be the same. They may have similarities, but quite different in many aspects.
For one they are both each being handled by different companies. Mojang for pc and 4J for xbox. The PC edition does have more at the moment, and continues to grow. xbox has quite a few things equivalent to the pc edition 1.8.2 beta which means most of the stuff around 1.8.1 and bit after. Some things were brought forward from later updates, but will still remain only similar, as it also continues to grow, and eventually going off in another direction.
This is not to say we may or may not get things past the 1.2.3 update that the pc has, but it is to say that if 4J deems it worth putting in it will be in. No one knows what will be in down the road, even when they start to go their own direction. However if you are to compare the games to each other it does make it difficult to make a choice. I for one don't do that, as I look at them as separate games as a whole which they are in general.
Unfortunately you hardly get much time to experience the xbox version on the trial edition, it just doesn't do the game justice. There are demos of the game out there for the pc though that at least you get to experience a bit longer. So in general I guess decide whether you want to play on the xbox or the pc, if not both eventually.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
Don't do it, it will take away hours of each day that you will never get back. Time will seem to accelerate, sleep will be lost, real life projects and responsibilities will be neglected. No good can come of buying the full version.

Fun comes with a price not just monetary.
You have over 400 posts, and your saying minecraft is bad...at least I think youre saying that...
Anyway, I play xbox, and it is fun, the controls are easy, and the game has hardly any lag (except if you blow up like a stack of TNT in 10 seconds) I have also played computer, and the controls are slightly more difficult, but there is a lot more content. So it is bassicly up to you. X-box or Computer

I am about 0.01% sure he was joking around with us all, no worries I hope. That is not that positive, but oh well.
As everyone else has said; It is a grand game. I own both versions but I barely get 20 FPS on the PC version so the 360 version it was well worth the buy to me. A lot of hours have been put into it and a lot of hours have been taken away from college ...
You should buy it. It has pretty simple controls, and I think it's its's 2800 points, equilivant to $20.00. Many other people are saying that the Xbox version has less, and that's pretty much the only thing that upsets me. BTW, many people are angry that you have to have a HD TV to play multiplayer. That's true, and That's a warning. (I don;t have to worry about it, I already had a HD TV even before I got the Minecraft Xbox Edition.

Pros: Enjoy it from your sofa (4j's main marketing pro), easier to play with xbox controller, less lag if you have a crappy pc, getting to use a mic in a party rather than having to use skype or something in pc, cheaper by 6.95 USD, and split screen on your xbox with up to 4 people.
Cons: Only 8 people per server, connection is not the best, maps are limited, not as up-to-date as PC version (1.8), no mods, and no texture packs (although the previous two are on the to-do list for 4j Studios).

I am in the middle of both
Help me decide
You like it.
4 million+ other people were convinced also.
Sounds like you've already made up your mind.

Hope this helps.
