My friend connected to my server on Xbox and can only see the original spawn chunk. He can also only move through that spawn chunk. He can dig all the way to bedrock on it, but cannot move out of it.
I am on a fairly fast cable modem connection with a good upload speed, and my friend is on a 7 meg DSL with fairly decent download speed as well as upload. I tried letting him on my current world, and then built a whole new world just in case. Still nothing.
I can connect to his world, and am able to see and move around just fine. I am not seeing any lag at all, nor is he when he's in that chunk.
Without a screenshot from Speedtest.net (or similar site) it is hard to determine who's connection it is.
However, not all of your Down/Up connection goes into the Xbox, I know myself, that my connection only feeds about 10% to my Xbox. Since you can connect to him fairly well, that means his Upload is decent, and your download is decent. But since he cannot connect to your world, it could mean your upload is bad, or his download is bad.

This is the screenshot of what he sees.
Any ideas?
