I've thought about building a word processor, I've just been too invested in building CPUs. I might try it in the future some time, but for now I'm concerned with processing power. I'll eventually build some things that are more entertaining to the average player. I just don't want my computer science to become rusty.

3) This is also against the rules because it does not state anything about xbox edition. Yes Baron does do his work on xbox, but it does not state he will do it on xbox or anything about it.

But first of all I would like to thank all my friends and family who helped me with this typewriter! I would like to thank BillyBob, xxxxSSnipexxx343, Joe, and Superman 64 for this project. Thank you guys so much for making this project an easier time to build! Now lets get on to the actual function of this typewriter. This typewriter can write every single letter and number of the alphabet buy using redstone and lots of pistons. The "paper" underneath the typewriter is made out of white wool, and the type writer imprints black wool ontop of it to make it look like ink is getting printed on paper. You can write sentences that are 2000 characters long and has an auto-delete button if you mess up. This pretty much sums up my typewriter, and I cannot thank my friends enough for helping me. I hope you liked this typewriter! Peace!

You just explained a "typewriter" that is lightyears beyond this one. In fact, it's so advanced that it's not even possible. xD A typewriter isn't necessarily mechanical, and never is in redstone. A redstone interpretation is a real word processor, but the term "typewriter" is acceptable, since it is in fact an electronic typewriter.
I'm going to stop now before I drift further off-track.
tl;dr A mechanical typewriter is impossible in Minecraft.

There are many 13 year old mods. It's a matter of maturity, not age.

This is true. I know a 15 year old on the RDF server... He makes me feel like a first grader with Downs Syndrome. The kid's a genius, and if you ignore the tone of his voice you would swear he was in his 30's.

Did you not read my post? I said I didn't want him to get an infraction. And minecraftforums have had 12 year old moderators and 60 year old moderators. It says so on the application. I am basically done with puberty and that has nothing to do with this website or anything. There is no age limit. Now, good day.

Well of course. But there is no way to print black wool "ink" into white wool "paper". Even if that was possible, it's not really a mechanical typewriter.
I'm confused. What an interesting thread. Not the typewriter, but the whole strange problem between you people. Just reading through this topic made me think a lttle bit... about how weird and unique us Minecraft players can be on this website.
