Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
Anywho, my n00b fails generally come from flying. I don't play survival much anymore (a.k.a. never) so I haven't had any major fails. But I have had to completely rebuild some things because of silly errors.
If im falling in ravines im most likely getting Quickscoped off of them
With me, it's usually that I'm running about with my map in front of my face instead of looking where I'm going. When they increased the number of different holes in the ground, they just up'd my odds of dropping in... and I do... frequently.
Well does it make since to post if you guys didn't have any?

Good news, I had found a monster spawner,
Bad news was it was a skeleton spawner
Lucky, I've NEVER found one. They're always zombies. I've only found 1 spider spawner and that was in 1.6.
I could really use a skeleton spawner for free arrows and bonemeal. I can't find any chickens anymore.

Ouch, I've found probably 15+ spawners in my world and several of them are skeleton. No major fails for me though. I pay way to close attention to what I'm doing for that garbage.

I found one chicken ...... corralled it.... built a walled walkway all the way to his new home/farm i built it, and then penned it up. Out of one chicken now i have about 20+ alot of waiting though for those eggs... Now when i throw eggs in this 35X19 farm.. no more chicks come out.. i think i hit some kind of chicken limit :-D....
BUT! noob mistake.. i started playing as of 1.7 on xbox and i literally tried to break bedrock.... :-/ for a while... with diff types of picks. A long while... thought hmmm... obisidian breaks eventually so will this. It did not!

However I've had some fails (in 1.8.2 and previous versions) because of the game not saving correctly or it loosing my save.
