Hopefully, this is in the right place; i'm a first time poster.
Basically, what my problem is, is thus,
Upon selecting my storage device my game freezes as it loads up my world-saves.
This problem began to occur after transfering some worlds I downloaded from various forums (virus checked of course).
I have tried the following attempted fixes:
- I first cleared my system cache.
- Next I tried the following as my Storage Devices in the "Select a Storage Device" menu.
- USB with 2 World Saves
- USB with No World Saves
- HDD with approx 6 Personally-Created Worlds
- and HDD with No World Saves (I moved them to a USB).
Any help would be greatly appreciated and any advice from people with similar problems would be a great help.
Simple fix for this. Don't download maps off forums.

And as I stated, the files were well-checked for viruses before I downloaded them. And I got them from reputable forums that i frequent.
