They have already stated the 8 texture packs they are looking at...

They've "stated" very little about texture packs. The biggest thing 4J has Tweeted about them was that they're working on texture pack support. That doesn't mean they're looking into existing graphics or even creating any yet. OXM just released an article awhile back about the texture packs they would like to see in MCXBLA. 4J will probably design their own texture packs when the time comes.

No texture packs are available on the 360 at this time...soon hopefully, no guarantees about a Lego pack.
Well, technically, any 16x16 graphics set will work on the XBLA version. It's just a matter of having the means to replace the existing graphics files. But yes, there are no official texture packs available yet.
