My problem is with this automatic chicken grilling machine I decided to make in my survival world.
He starts the red stone work at about 1.30 through the video.
I copied it completely and the red stone seems to act differently.
(The red stone above the bottom set of torches doesn't change the state of the top two for some reason)
Do any skilled red stone users know what is happening?
Btw the red stone doesn't act as a dot like it did in the video but acted as a line with the torch there and a junction before I put the top torches there.
Ohhhh, I see. I've ran into this myself on countless occasions. Not sure if it's a bug or a missing part of the feature. I do have a workaround though, give me a few minutes and I'll post a screenshot. Keep in mind it will be slightly bulkier, but nothing too crazy.

Thanks in advance and for spending the time to help me out.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.

Retired StaffIt's no big deal.

It's one tick slower, but that shouldn't be a problem.
