I am curious about two things.
1. So, I am wondering if you will be able to create spawners in creative mode after a couple more updates or even the next one. Based on the computer version, that is. Because, I know you can use spawn eggs and it is kind of the same thing.
2. Are you able to put spawn eggs in chests or dispensers. (Yet again, a guess base on computer version)
1. Yes AND no (reason is that you cannot create mob spawner blocks, only by putting them in dispensers will they work

Aw I was going to build a place with spawner traps. But, that is good that you can put spawn eggs in chests Unless, I got what you said backwards...
You can put SPAWN eggs in dispensers (spawn eggs in 1.23) and when the dispenser is activated a mob will spawn depending on what kind of egg

Good. I will put some in a chest and then spawn creepers at people's houses. On survival mode, obviously. And then be like "Oh wow there are a lot of creepers out side your house *Explosion*"
