This thread is for those people who say PC is going really fast in terms of updates and mcxbla is going slower.
The answer is simply the opposite.
All they have to do is port and make a few changes. Long process but still faster than typing all the codes individually like they did/do for PC.
Snapshots/pre-releases are not updates! They are for testing purposes only. MCXBLA doesn't have them because some bugs could be game breaking and we have cert testing.
In total, it takes about 1-3 months for (title) updates to come out for PC. MCXBLA only takes every other month for a TU to come out (so far, not sure about 1.23)
MC on PC started wayy back in 2008, and slowly brought it's way up. Then, once they were in beta 1.66. Mojang had an idea. A port, for XBOX! Who would do it though? They were busy with PC! 4J Studios stepped up and saved the day. Microsoft agreed (money money money!). And thus, over 1.25 years later. It came out. PC had brought it's way to Official release 1.0. (Only 4 updates)
And here we are, not even a year out yet. And we are already working on 1.23.
So, far all of you who complain about xbox being behind and asking "When will xbox catch up to PC?"
