This. I love exploring more than building stuff, so a world with many large bodies of water is kind of boring ... unless 4J introduce a working diving suit.
However, I do love maps with large bodies of water if I'm in the mood to play Surivial Island; 14601986516128012 is a great seed for that and anyone who loves a map that's 99% water.

Oceans are vast areas of water that are pointless to travel without a boat. There's nothing really there. Kind of pointless. I guess somebody can build some cool structures in one, like an above water city or huge boat.
