Unlike everyone else in the world, me and my girlfriend have decided to build a city[/sarcasm]
Anyways, we started in the countryside, and slowly made our way into an urban area....at which point, the issue of backyard fencing appeared....
Is there anyway to make an effective looking backyard fence? Using actual fence, once you get more than 1 block high, looks like a cage- and processed wood looks blah...
How high are YOUR fences? Most fences are about a metre high (in front), sometimes, a metre and 3/4ths(sides). =P Have you tried iron bars? You could also make little shrubs instead of actual fences too. Housing developments frequently use shrubberies instead of fences.
I do same thing but instead of fences I use leaves

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.

Wheat = fence posts
lmao!
Czar is correct. The wheat represents the fence post. & it doesn't have to be cobble. Personally, smoothstone or stone brick looks much better.
I really like this idea. Going to have to try it out, thanks! +1
