I was wondering maybe we can have customizable capes? I think it could work just like emblems from Black Ops. They were able to make in-game custom emblems so I think we can make our own type of capes using something similar to the black ops emblem creator. Well toss around the idea and if you don't like it than you find a way to make it work.

Not intending to be a smart-Alec but, who would buy a Muffin just to sell it? There's 2 problems -
1) No profit
2) The muffin would expire
But if your point if that 4J makes no profit, you're absolutely correct. Unless they make it an option where you make the cape and buy it with points than problem solved. But it depends what the consumers want actually, so 4J would have to get the rights from other companies to get picture or whatever if they intend to use those.

Also improbable of happening because Microsoft is worried about trademark infringement. They're worried you'd put the Triforce on your cape or something. Same thing with custom skins. Microsoft won't allow it because there's a guarantee that there'd be Mario and Sonic skins all over the place.

Not entirely true. Play Black ops. I use a Deadmau5 emblem and I see other stuff too. (When I did play black ops)

COPYWRITE ISSUES???
Please people just stop posting. All images and logos are fair use until you make a personal profit from someone elses intellectual property you are fine and are in no way breaking any laws at all I could make a T shirt with a Mc donalds sign and it would be fine but as soon as i sell said T then I have just broken the law.

I really have to agree with PokeCanada. Even if copyright and trademark issues didn't matter, age matters would almost definetly shut down the idea. And about the McDonalds shirt, you would have to first get an okay from McDonalds before you sell it because you are making a profit off it. Cool down man.
I feel that if everyone was able to have a cape, it would ruin the purpose of having capes and minecraft. Capes are supose to be special things that you get for being mojang or 4J staff, or going to minecon. It would ruin the special feeling of having a cape. Capes are not like emblems in Call of Duty nor should they be made to be like them. Capes are a symbol of a true minecraft player. Customizable capes should not be added in my opinion.
Custom capes would be great. I think they should not put out a skin pack for a while and work on a trying to get a custom skin creator they could sell for a bit extra Microsoft Points.

Capes are cheesy.
HOUSESL4UGHT3RHOU53GANGI consider Black Ops emblems to be a generally bad idea based on the amounts of penises I see.
Also, Treyarch probably payed Microsoft a buttload of money to get that to happen.
