Well i encountered a new issue for me today; i had seen issues with renaming worlds where it would rename the wrong one so I havent deleted any etc but the renaming went fine much of the time and it was only a slight annoyance when i had to rename a few again as it had messed up. But today it actually created a second copy of one world, and got rid of another entirely.
Of course typical for the game the one it copied is a blank world I had just been exploring and the one its got rid of was one I had been working on.
Sorry to hear you got hit with this one. Of any of the bugs in this update, I hope this is the one they get fixed. Since you've had successful renames, do you have any idea what you may have done a little differently this time that triggered the bug. I'm thinking it might help narrow down the problem.

Thats the weird thing I cant honestly think of anything different I have done, I have other worlds with construction on them that have renamed successfully, i have renamed both creative and none, worlds created since the update and prior to.
