I want to make this for people who want a everything in the new update on their map. So post map seeds that have ALL of the following: Dungeons, mineshafts, strongholds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, and ravines. PLEASE DO NOT POST THE COORDINATES. This is just for other people to know that these maps have all of these features.
Here are some seeds:
Matiz - from Vito75 You spawn at south (near the end of map) and look what bunny hide in north/east of that map :-). This seed has 5 or 6 completed NPC villages plus 1 or 2 at the edges). Has a stronghold in the mountains on the south end of the map
304694186 - from Derplikeaboss Desert, forest, snow and ocean areas. The stronghold that's open to the surface is what makes this a good seed. also a lot of underground ravines.The stronghold library and stairwell are the parts open to the surface with a NPC village nearby. There are also abandoned mineshafts intermingled with the stronghold. I made a bore hole beside the library down to bedrock and blew it open with a stack of TNT. The whole revealed that the stronghold either goes from the surface to the bedrock or there are multiple strongholds spawned together with abandoned mineshafts everywhere. This would be a great place to build a castle/above ground stronghold. Also a great starting point for your very own town/city with below ground catacombs.
800251499107540270 - from IamSelendis Well balanced biomes as well as having great land ranges from desert to mountains to snowy to swamp. There are four complete villages and a massive amount of hidden ravines, mine shafts, and unique cave systems. I've spent about two days mildly exploring this seed and have found 4 villages, 2 random wells, 3 surface lava pools, 1 submerged cave, 3 surface ravines, 13 huge and hidden ravines, 22 spawners, 13 random chests, 3 abandoned mining areas, and one stronghold.
-5781131510934377421 - from ubergine Near the player spawn point is a village and huge ravine system. Just head to the right side of the map from the spawn point. Watch for holes. I found them the hard way. There are also some seriously massive lava lakes at the bottom of the map. all throughout the map. I'm telling you that because the warning about not digging straight up or down is actually a wise one. In the image, I'm in the village you spawn in. There are many around the map, mostly in good condition (one small borked one against the south western border!) Directly below the village you spawn in is an epic mineshaft with pumpkin and melon seeds. So far I've found three cave spider spawners and three chests with pumpkin and melon seeds, and took a break from searching through it after some hours! Finding wool for beds at the game's beginning won't be a problem because you can just collect the abundance of cobwebs and make wool from the string. There's also a pretty great village in the desert in the centre if you wanted to reset the spawn point to there. There's an underseas mineshaft visible at night in the ocean northeast of the village. I've also found another mineshaft to the west of the snowy island in the north of the map. The seed is absolutely packed with mineshafts, caves and ravines as well, and at least 4 decent npc villages (and some borked ones, good for grabbing resources from) and all biome types get a good look in.
GLASIERS505 - from munchx87x It will spawn you next to a village it also has a large ravine near with an abandoned mineshaft and just up a bit near the snow there is a hole in the ground, go down and there is a massive ruined stronghold.
Heaven - from Ryans_ninja This is an awesome seed. It has everything, and spaced out well. Mountains near middle of map, and of course on edges. 3-4 towns, 1 in the middle of a lake/swamp, the other is half way in water. Zombie spawner Skeleton Spawner slime spawn area fortress (mixed with ravine)
IHC SCOUT - from SlippedGear It has a village in a lake that has a blacksmith and a cave hole very near by that leads directly down into a stronghold library! It also has swamps, snow, desert and I found abandon mines as well. The village in the lake is set up nicely for adding docks to connect all the houses, or you could fill in the lake fairly easily as it is only one block deep. There is also a sea side village on the edge of the map with most of the buildings in the water, that could also be turned into a dock town. This is one of the most balanced seeds I have found for having a decent amount of everything, without there being too much of any one thing, although the swamp area is rather small. The village in the lake is one of the best villages I have found in all the seeds I have been checking out as it is complete, it has 6 houses, a blacksmith and a church, and I have been checking a lot of them since the update.
MINECRAFT Xbox 360 Edition - from SlippedGear This seed has NO snow, and NO pine trees and NO ocean biome! There are 5 villages, and 1 lone well. 2 of the villages are large having 6 and 7 houses as well as blacksmiths.
Stronghold: go to x88, z263 and dig straight down
SWAMP BIOME - from TazReese Its not actually a Swamp biome it has a lot of different biomes (I see lot of trees and snow)
4JStudios - from Deltasidearm I only explored for about 30 minutes and didn't explore the entire world but this is what I found:
An abandoned mine shaft and stronghold in the same underground ravine (located around the center of the map with many caves leading to it)
A surface-level zombie dungeon in a desert biome
A half-generated village at a corner of the map
Another zombie dungeon close to the surface
A floating yellow flower above a lava pool
-6535877869900250135 - from AWOLSPECIALIST It has all biomes except plains. It is impossible to explain how this map looks, plenty of flat ground in a desert, large overhangs and rock formations. There are also three villages at and there is a abyss by this one with a mineshaft going through it, be warned it is very large. Another village at dig down at for another mineshaft. There is also a very small stronghold at , dig down. There is also a pumpkin patch at.There is still a 1/4 of the map I have not yet explored so their might be more.
Aren't most of those seeds in the seed thread from 1.7.3? Don't most of them no longer work in 1.8.2? Anyway, with as many people having a hard time finding and enjoying the new features, I think this is cool and I'll add to it
