If it doesn't have to be super-accurate, just use some 5-minute item drop timers wired together. If you want it to be precise, you're going to need a clocked counter.

but regarding the despenser item thing, the dispenser doen'nt always just shoot the item o=in the same place everytime

Retired StaffSo? You can restrict it to a one meter area, which is all you need for a pressure plate.
