People Freezing!

Everytime one of my friends joins my minecraft game, their xbox freezes? I've made new worlds and everything, but everytime the same thing happens.

Seeing as it happens on multiple worlds not just one it seems like some weird connection problem and not a problem with your world itself... Can other friends of yours play on your worlds ok? And can you host your friend in other games ok?

What's your network's upload speed? Not sure why connection problems would be making them freeze though.... Seems quite odd.
