I read on a previous topic that 4J are discussing with Microsoft the potential for a dedicated off console server.
If this were to happen I was wondering how the admin / running of these servers might work.
On the PC version the servers are owned / ran by an individual who has ultimate responsibility. This individual then delagates responsibility accordingly to admins / moderators. These guys in turn make sure that the rules of the server are upheld and have certain privilages to allow them to do that. Kick / Ban, Host Privilages etc.
If we were to get dedicated servers for the 360 version then how do we think the administation of these servers would run?
We dont own them (unless we have the ability to rent one) so therefore how / who will admin them?
