So i play on hatd to have a good challenge but i notice the only mob that gives me a challenge is the mine spider when i wear iron armor i cant die lol not a gliych but i feel the mobs were nerfed or the armor became too strong anyone feel the same? Also i seen the mouth of the enderman open once that was scary looked like the grudge with a scarier mouth only seen it once

Thats how i start will mobs get harder?

Go to the desert with nothing but your fists. That should give you a challenge.
Oh yeah, and at night.

In case you haven't noticed, if your hunger meter drops to zero on Hard difficulty you die...

As others have said, you can always do without the armor and weapons to make things tougher on yourself. They added the ability to sprint and critical hits, so that may be what is making the game seem easier for you. Pretty much the only major game difference between Easy and Hard is the number of hits the mobs will endure before dying; so as you know, it will take more hits if you use a lower grade of sword. So, as others have suggested, try putting away the armor and the diamond sword; and then try a survival island seed (where you spawn on an island with only 1 tree). OR set up your own 404-like challenge (ie. play on hoard only, if you did you're done, you have to gather everything you can before the first nightfall then head deep underground, mine only visible ores, and use only redstone torches. Then see how long you can survive.

Sounds like you're ready for hardcore mode.
