What would be better would be placeable buckets with milk, water & lava etc.
That way you could place them on the ground or on top of objects. If you touch them, or disurb a block next to them, they spill.
Good for traps or a bit of fun.
You could cry over the milk, and cry even more once you have destroyed your house by spilling the lava...
No, we need drinkable water. Like water bottles (not for enchanting)
Maybe even a 1/200 chance when we pour lava we will accidentally drink it and we burn! xD

To pour something, you need to right click. To drink milk, you need to right click too. And middle mouse block will just pick the block, or attempt to at least. This is a good idea, but it needs to be thought out more.
