I already verified it in post #11 in this thread. You can also go to the Seeds thread i linked in that post to see all the other people posting pictures after their dashboard update. Not to mention the other threads in this forum. Maybe it's something with your Xbox's privacy settings? Or did your parents revamp your parental controls? It's also possible you got looped in with the latest FB changes and you're preferences and or permissions were changed, so did you check those? Do you have a friends who may be able to help? My guess is it's either some mishap on your end or you've encountered a bug of some sort. Did you try posting in the Xbox forums for answers? That may help you, too. As many have already stated... Yes it works after the update.
