Press Start then press Y. It'll ask you to connect your facebook account to your xbox live account (if you havent already) Once you've dont that it'll just upload it and give you the option to name and give it a description.
Not anymore you can't with the new xbox dashboard update. Unless I'm doing something wrong, but yea I don't see it anymore since the new Xbox dashboard update.

It doesn't require the facebook app. What it does it connects your Xbox Live account to facebook. Then it uploads the screen shots to a directory called Minecraft photos or something like that. It lets you say something about the photo as well before it is uploaded.

It works for me... Are you trying to do it in game or from the dashboard?
Ok with the new update we got today you'll have to download Internet explorer then sign on to your Facebook from that, then go back on. Your minecraft and press Y at least that's what I did
Why not just... take the screenshot, sign into Facebook through Xbox, then go on the computer and login to Facebook, then right-click the image, copy the URL, and paste it wherever.
If the above option doesn't work, then I don't know. That's how I've always done it.

I took a screenie the day 1.8.2 came out which was also the day of the update. To showcase the first thing I did in creative mode.

Nomnomnom?
I took screenshots today after the dashboard update. They're posted here: 1.8.2 MCXBLA Seeds List post #52. I didn't have to do anything special. I simply continued to take/upload screenshots to my FB. Good luck.

I wish they just had an option to where the photo will go, for example, people like me who dont have a facebook page. like, i dont know, windows live media thingy on the xbox? sorry, but, why facebook???

I don't know. I previously installed the FB app on my Xbox (before the dashboard update), signed into it, allowed the app via my FB, and was posting photos. *shrugs* Beyond that, i'm clueless.
If you haven't got facebook. Everyone's got cameras on their phones so just take a snap, plug the charging cable (usb on most modern phones) drag and drop from your phone to your pc. Use a free photoshare site like photobucket to store your pics online then just copy and paste the img link under the photo to display it in your blogs/threads
Not everyone has one of those nice smart phones, etc. There really should be an option of where to upload screenshots. It would even be nice to simply save them to the Xbox HD.

It's FB because both FB and Microsoft are ultimately businesses. They're contracted and neither company actually cares about their end users. Only personal profits.

Same here! I finally got my FB cleared for good and will never sign up again. I wish you could twitter it. Twitter is way less invasive.
I created a facebook page with NONE of my real info just for uploading pictures. After they are uploaded, I can do whatever I want with them. I don't spend time on that fb account, except to move the pictures, so it's not really a big deal for me.
