So, from the 1.8.2 update we got Endermen. And when you kill ( ) them they drop Ender Pearls. Do they actually have a purpose at the moment? Or are they just worthless and I shouldn't waste my time hunting Endermen? Or should I get as many as I can because they are gonna be for something good by the next update? Oh, yeah, and are villagers going to be added in the next update, too?
If we get 1.2.3 as our next update, Ender Pearls will be good for things. They will be able to teleport you to wherever you throw them. They'll also be used to craft Eyes of Ender, which is the only way to activate the End portal and fight the Ender Dragon.
