I just figured this out by myself and am unsure if this has been reported yet.
Since the new update, I (and a few other people) have had the problem of it snowing where we wouldnt like it. I figured out a way to not stop the snow, but to get rid of it after it stops snowing. Notice how where it snows on dirt the grass is darker, as to where it rains instead it is lighter colored? Simply use this tutorial:
Your going to put this contraption under all the darker parts of the grass, and when it snows, simply hit the switch or button and all of the snow will be gone!
