I'm pretty sure the app that allows you to use FB on the Xbox and the app that uploads the pictures from MC360 are two different apps. Just because you won't be able to update your FB status from the Xbox does not mean 4J Studios is going to remove the upload interface in MC nor does your source say the Minecraft app that uploads our screenshots will be discontinued. It merely states the FB app itself is no longer supported. There are still plenty of ways to link MC and FB regardless of whether or not Xbox has a FB app. Honestly, i've no need to view my FB from my Xbox. My laptop is much better suited. Of course, i'm not a FB/Microsoft programmer, but i'm sure i'm on the right path.

well with the new feature coming out you still will be able to possibly still update FB and twitter stuff... I don't know when it will be released to the public, but IE will be something added to xbox eventually.
This has no relavence to the MC upload pic feature far as I know, and therefore being a separate app anyway outside of MC it just makes sense that way. I mean can you view that stuff inside MC istelf? Not that I know of, Although that in itself would be just plain odd...O_o

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
I don't use the Facebook app, but I sometimes frequent the Youtube one to check out minecraft vids when I'm not building (and when I dont have access to a cpu, which is most weekdays)... I do use the facebook uploader through the game feature quite often though now, and am hoping that it is as y'all predict.... (that is, not effected.)
I just got the beta build for the new xbox dashboard a few days ago & while the Twitter app is indeed gone the facebook one is still there. That's not to say it'll still be there whaen the it's at full public release, however there is the Internet Explorer app and you could easily access bot Facebook & Twitter through that. If the Minecraft feature to upload to facebook is used through that app I'm sure if/when the Facebook app is removed I'm sure 4J would be able to reprogram it to use the facebook through the Internet Explorer app.

this wont affect screenshots though, youll just have to log on through a computer to manage them.
You can still use twitter and face book on the Internet explorer app.
If they were removing youtube that would suck because IE can't seem to use youtube .
