This morning I tried logging on to the world I created post patch, and which I have invested several hours into, and upon entering a few seconds in it freezes my xbox. I have tried restarting, selecting different options and still have not been able to enter the world. Is this something that has been happening, glancing at the forum it does not appear to be an issue, if anyone has any ideas on a fix that would be great it is really frustrating to have to start a new world especially when I have vested so much into the one I just created.

There have been many speculations on how to resolve this issue. While 4JStu and 4JSteve say it has to do with too many signs (if your world is pre 1.8), it only fixes the problem for the day and it might crash once again. What I found out is if you save in a desolate area where there's barely any signs [or none at all] or built structures on Offline, it'll keep you in a safe spot to avoid freezing. Load the world again in online mode, you should be fine.
