I have bought Minecraft for the PC (paid for and all). My laptop and PC both suck. My laptop can't start up minecraft because of graphics card. My PC can play it but its laggy, i have to be in a cave or something for it to be decent enough to play where the lag is still there but semi playable.
I was wondering if there is some way for mojang to give me a code for Minecraft for the Xbox and delete or take away my purchase of minecraft for PC, or what ever needs to be done.
I don't think thats possible. Same happened with me. I bought the PC version and my laptop is crap. Meh whatever, bought the xbox version and i am so glad i bought it.
Sorry, but it's not going to happen. Microsoft aren't collecting royalties from Mojang's version of Minecraft, so they would never go for a deal like that. Technically, 4J's Minecraft isn't a port, it's a completely different game. Basically, if you want it, you're going to have to pay for it.

I dont know about that they should be able to do that if you send them a personal message but i know how to fix your lag issues on PC if you download a program called Game Booster and run it when you play Mine Craft but I still recommend you buy Minecraft on XBLA (Xbox) As I think it is alot better

A business can't give another company's product away for free just because they feel like it. This is something we call piracy. I do believe there are laws against it.
I knew it, you were -LVE-. My username was As Malevolence Enfolds. I don't go there anymore since they merged with that other forum. The community wasn't very active anyway, I bet it's completely dead by now.
This is why I haven't bought the PC version of Minecraft, for the sake that my PC is probably too crap to run it! I can run some games fairly fine with high graphics settings, but I have an almost 10 year old single core processor PC so... D: lmao!
Plus for some reason .jar files don't seem to be working/opening for me despite always having Java installed and regularly updated on my PC :/ so even if I was to download the demo I'm unsure if it would even run! unless I maybe have to try re-installing Java to get it working again.
