I was wondering if the minecraft maps will be expanding at all soon. My world has no watermelon, pumpkins, strongholds, or NPC villages since i have explored my entire world before the 1.8 update. I hope they do because i would like to fing some of this stuff and no i won't be starting a new world because i have spent too much time into this one to leave it behind. If anyone knows thanks.

Widely discussed, & not known. There is a possibility that we could see larger worlds in the far future. I doubt it. But, who knows. Fingers crossed.

Damn OP. I thought you were telling us that the maps were expanding or something along those lines.. I got my hopes up yet again w/another thread title mentioning larger worlds. Anyways it's still not know altho 4J has mentioned on their twitter feed that they would look into a world increase down the road but as of right now they're concentrating on updating MC first. Like another person already mentioned in this thread"keep your fingers crossed"
