Open doors in creative?

Hey all,

Been having trouble opening doors in creative mode. 1 hit destruction means that the door shatters as soon as i punch it... anybody have a workaround?

This is causing me grief.

Use the other trigger bud same goes for buttons/levers etc

the back left shoulder button instead of the back right shoulder button
