I've been exploring the tutorial world, and have come across multiple Music Discs. I'm still missing some of them, but here's the locations of all the ones that I have found, along with the other contents of the chest.
"13" - Cave between the spawn point and the village - Bow, 20x arrows, jukebox
"strad" - VIllage side of the Minecraft logo, under the 'A' - Full Diamond Armour
"11" - main village's watchtower - Diamond Shovel
"cat" - inside the right tower of the path to the spawn point (looking at spawn) - Stone Sword
"blocks" - Mountain Fortress, right path at the top - Full Iron Armour
"ward" - Mountain Fortress, left path - Diamond Shovel
"chirp" - bottom of the main village well - Full Golden Armour
"far" - Watchtower of the village to the north, in the desert - Iron Sword
"stal" - Top of the massive mountain behind spawn, look for an overhang - Diamond Sword
