I was playing on split screen with my two brothers and sister on the tutorial world and when we played only player one (my sister) was able to place, destroy, or interact with blocks. The rest of us couldn't eat our starter steak, couldn't hurt each other (although we could hurt monsters), couldn't open chests, could'nt open doors, couldn't break block... You understand the point, it was very frustrating. I've been looking for an hour and a half now without finding a solution. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me.

There is a way to shut off PvP and there are player privileges that you can also turn on and off. Perhaps check to see if any of those are checked/unchecked?
Player Vs. Player can be turned off in the "More Options" section you see when loading a world as well as "Trust Players".
Also, there are in game privileges that can be turned on and off, per player, when you press the back button in game and press "A" on said player. Check to see if those are on or off. Only the host can edit these.
