I guess I misconstrued something somewhere as I was under the impression that "desert" generated villages would be using sandstone and they dont seem to, but has anyone noted if they get built in mountainous terrain also ? As in up on the mountains themselves, its something I quite like the idea of and might keep an eye for a seed with that if they can do so. Though I have noticed a few that have started generating right at the world edge which is very strange as it put what there was of the village over water not solid ground.
