I have nothing to say about your actual info you put, but why did you put the writing in that tiny font? It doesn't look very good.
I just feel like it's neater looking. Beats having to scroll down just to read my long complaint anyway.
But honestly, may I ask if anyone else has dealt with this problem before? It's not only me, I'm sure. I've been playing with a friend who also has this problem, but I just wanna know how widely it's affected the MCXBLA community.

Please make font size normal from now on. Its hard to see what the problem is so i know if i need to report mine or not. This problem also can be from others.
My problem i noticed is that 1 in 3 times i will find a mineshaft crossing a ravine and i find *on a massive scale* items are floating such as what you see in this screenshot and rails that are also floating till you modify a space under or next to the rail block. https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/374567_115932538570628_530253581_n.jpg
Ive also noticed that the water can also sometimes not wipe out rails like it did before.

I think all the floating doors, rails, torches, and other strange goings on in strongholds and mineshafts are "by design" rather than bugs. It gives an eerie sense to the place when it defies the "logical physics" of the game; and strongholds and mineshafts are supposed to be a little scary.
I am having problems with mushrooms. Had a very nice automatic mushroom farm before the update had to make a new map when the update came out. I tried to make another mushroom farm but the mushrooms seem to be growing randomly. I had some on the roof of my building which was 6 blocks higher than where the mushrooms were placed. Don't know how they got up there or how they continued to grow in the sun. Anyone else have this problem?

Endermen can pick up and move both red and brown mushrooms; and they like to place things in the strangest of places. Bet that's what's happening. Since the 1.8.2 update, mushroom growth has been severely limited. If there are more than 5 mushrooms of the same type within a 9 x 9 x 9 area, they won't grow at all. Using bonemeal to instantly produce a giant mushroom and then mining that will produce far more little mushrooms for stew than trying to grow them the old way (i.e. dark room).
me and my friends were playing splitscreen and we dont show up on each others maps
It started happening a little before the 1.8 bug fixes it is also happens on a few different maps

I thought endermen couldn't pick up any item placed by a player. and it wasnt just the farm I had I had a test area and I had mushrooms growing around corners and across the room. And my old mushroom farm was producing around 100 of each mushroom compared to the giant mushrooms that may give me about 20 each.

Quote from the Wiki page on endermen: "Endermen will only pick up and move certain blocks, regardless of whether they were natural or placed by the player." ( http://www.minecraft...t/wiki/Enderman ). The Wiki also goes onto to describe the various types of blocks that may be picked up by endermen. Prior to the update, there was some discussion as to what version of endermen we would get, since they were first released on the PC has being able to pick up any blocks and then they were nerfed to be only able to pick up the blocks listed on the Wiki page.
Quote from the Wiki page on mushrooms: "After Beta 1.8, mushrooms' spreading ability was severely restricted - a mushroom would only spread if there were fewer than 5 mushrooms of the same type in a 9w x 9l x 3h area around the original mushroom. However, mushroom farming became easier in another way since Bone Meal could be used on mushrooms to grow huge mushrooms that dropped several individual fungi when harvested. Mushrooms could also be found more easily in the new swamp biome under vine-covered trees." ( http://www.minecraft...iki/Mushrooms)
I do stand corrected on the area involved in mushrooms spreading as I incorrectly stated that it was 9 x 9 x 9 and it is 9 x 9 x 3.

There is a player option to take yourself off the map. My friend's kids do it all the time. Don't ask me though exactly where the toggle is; I've never done it myself. Is there any chance this has become inadvertently activated?
Hi,
Not sure if this has been addressed already but I read a few pages and couldn't find any mention.
The menu and game are a lot darker than normal, I can't use my right analogue stick but every other button works. I can't see my HUD or my hand. So I pretty much can't play. I've tried loading it in offline; same problem. And I tried loading a world pre and post-1.8.2 update. Same problem. Any word on what is going on would be appreciated.
There is an option to adjust the graphics settings under the "Help and Options" menu - "Settings." There is a bug with anolog controllers that causes them to sometimes arbitrarily set these options to 0%. Also, many people find the gamma defaults to be very dark and choose to increase the gamma significantly.
Please make font size normal from now on. Its hard to see what the problem is so i know if i need to report mine or not. This problem also can be from others.

I'm highly certain this is unreadable. Even with my page zoom set 83%, I can clearly see what I have written. I don't know why this is a bother for you.
But if it makes you guys feel any better... Anyway, so no one has ever experienced invisible mobs before?
I have a problem which has annoyed me for a while.
Whenever I open the inventory or the creative mode menu, sometimes whatever block is on the very left of the hot bar, it just dissapears in the top of my inventory. I know it is easy to put it back it is just really annoying. This has been happening before 1.8.2.
Sounds like you're accidentally double tapping Y (or leaning on it a bit) when you open your inventory on occasion, which causes the item to quick move between the hot bar and the inventory. Perhaps adjusting your control sensitivity would help.

As you mentioned in your first post (which I read with great difficulty do to vision issues and the small font selected), several other posters have already posted on this issue, so yeah, others have experienced the problem. 4JSteve looked into it; however, at last report, he was unable to duplicate the problem in their retail test kits.
When using control scheme 3, you cannot jump out of moving water. Control scheme 3 changes one of the triggers to the jump/swim button. When standing in a square with moving water, you can hold down the trigger, or rapidly pull it, but I can't seem to get up and over the lip of the block next to me to get out of the water.
Are the Endermen glitchy for anyone else? Like they shuffle around and won't attack most of the time when starring directly at them. Hope I'm not the only one
Not sure if this is an ongoing issue or just started but I just recently been getting music disks from the skeleton killing creeper method and that works all good and all but the problem is the Jukebox. It has stopped playing all music disks I put into it no matter if I move it or not. I've tried multiple ones to (I got 6 music disks so far). Didn't really know what else to do to fix it.
Not sure if its been reported, or if its a bug, but i think it needs some type of addressing cause its annoying like heck!
Animals in water, Spawning in water i dont know, but they dont even go back to land, i was out on a boat and found like 20+ animals in the ocean and couldnt find any on the land only a bunch of wolves (like pre bug patch), i love that there are so many animals now... i dont love that sometimes they are all out in the ocean like.. 20 blocks in

No animals only spawn on land (grass, if I recall correctly).

Passive mobs wander in a stochastic (i.e. not completely random - but having the appearance thereof) pattern. This means that they can wander off into the ocean.
Part of the issue your seeing is a result of the "herd seeding" algorythm. To spawn new animals, the system looks for an existing passive mob and then checks the passive mob cap. If it finds that the cap has not been reached, it try to spawn similiar mobs next to existing mobs inorder to create "herds." Ergo, if your one pig wanders off into the ocean - the most likely place for the system to spawn new pigs is by the one in the ocean (with the constraint of spawning on land). This is why it's important, when you go on a wolf hunt to cull the population, to get every wolf. Otherwise, the next time the system hit the passive spawn refresh cycle it will merely re-populate the wolf herd you just cut back.

That seems highly unnecessary especially for people that just try to enjoy the game. Why can't a despawn feature be optional if the animals are to far away from any one human player?
Good grief, do you even know what porting is? This is a port. Porting is computer lingo for translating and adapting code from one language and platform to another.
Exactly. "Translating" code. Usually with an emulator. 4J is "rewriting" the code. If it was a port it would have infinite land generation and original crafting system, etc.
I'm not making a stink
Yes you are.
I simply reported issues encountered, you guys are making a stink and start the whole we love Mojang and it sucked on the PC for that version so it should suck for the xbox too. I simply reported assorted bugs, inconsistencies and annoyances. Respect someone taking the effort to report issues instead of attacking them because whoopdie whoop it was horribe and buggy on the PC too.
My swamps dont spawn witches. Must be a bug/inconsistancy/annoyance.
PS - I <3 Mojang. THEY ROCK!!!

I havnt had this problem so I cant confirm it. Do they also fail to play on different worlds? And this may be a stupid question but did you check your music settings? An unrelated bug was responsible for changing peoples settings.

Actually it made it disappear on all of my worlds x.x
