You just need someone online to send you the TU and use something like USBXTAF to put it on a flash drive i think
Pretty much, not sure you would have to use a USB explorer though. When updating the dashboard, you only have to extract everything from the .zip, store it in the root directory of your flash drive, plug it into your 360, turn it on and you're all set.
Check PlayXBLA or 4J Studios' site. They probably have some page where they put update links. Not sure if it works like that for game updates, but it does for dashboard upgrades.
